Cyber Security Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the field of cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments for customers to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Analyze the gaps in security controls of organizations and provide expert recommendations for improvement.
- Design and implement effective solutions to fix identified security gaps.
- Install and configure advanced cybersecurity products purchased by customers.
- Implement OS hardening measures according to industry best practices such as CIS benchmark.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and accreditation of security solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff capabilities.
- Create detailed documentation for project deliverables.
- Provide 24/7 standby support for critical security incidents.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members on security operation services.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Cyber Security solution implementation or IT industry with strong hands-on experience in software installation/configuration.
- Prior experience in security products such as Symantec/Trellix/Skyhigh/Forcepoint DLP solution, SEP solution, Carbon Black EDR, Securiti Data Privacy Automation, Data Security Posture Management, and GenAI under Data Command Center solution is preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure administration is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and malware tracing/cleaning.
- Technical expertise in OS Administration: MS Windows, Linux, SUN Solaris, AIX, or HP-UX is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Ability to write clear and concise solution proposals.
- Possession of industry security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent is advantageous.
- Vendors' product certification is also an added value.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
