Senior Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant work experience and a passion for making a meaningful impact.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Singapore, with a target start date of October 2025. As a Senior Consultant, you will work across multiple projects, supporting engagements focused on Tri-Sector's work, winning new mandates, and contributing to firm-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research gaps where innovation can be of value
  • Conduct due diligence on service partners
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling
  • Create presentations to share analysis
  • Support the team in negotiations with project stakeholders
  • Work with evaluators to design rigorous outcomes evaluations
