Audit Manager/Senior Manager Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager/Senior Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients across various sectors. The successful candidate will ensure timely completion of audits within agreed timelines, utilizing strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage audit planning, day-to-day supervision of teams on fieldwork, including review of audit work and liaison with key client staff.
  • Ensure completion of audits/projects within agreed timelines and oversee large assignments.
  • Provide training to audit staff and supervise staff management of services to clients.
  • Manage client relationship, planning, and deliver a range of external audit services.
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in Accountancy/CA Singapore/CPA or equivalent recognized professional qualification.
  • A minimum of five years of audit experience preferably from a medium-sized or large international CA firm and a minimum of two years managerial experience in an audit firm is required.
  • Knowledge of auditing techniques including risk assessment, audit scoping, devising audit controls testing, substantive audit testing including sampling techniques.
  • Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, auditing standards, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively and efficiently across all levels.
  • Team leadership skills, management, and organizational skills.
