Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Social Worker Senior to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services in a personalized, specialized, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' mental health needs and provide case formulation and recommendations for treatment.
  • Provide appropriate counseling and psychotherapy services to identified inpatients and outpatients.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
  • Facilitate transition to adult-care services.
  • Develop and improve workflows for better patient care.
  • Initiate and implement new psycho-social programs.
  • Assist in the development of teaching and training materials.
  • Provide in-service training for department staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Social Work.
  • No experience required - training provided.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of social worker experience for senior role.
