Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Development Professional to join our team. This role will involve working on a wide range of projects across various sectors and typologies, from conceptual design to project management and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop designs that meet client requirements and comply with local regulations.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of projects, including tender preparation, contract administration, and site meetings.
  • Manage client and consultant relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • A recognized university degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of postgraduate experience in architectural design development, design documentation, and project administration.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing design capability, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong track record in conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations, compliance, and authority requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
