Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team in implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • This role involves utilizing expert-level knowledge of QMS documentation, quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions to drive process improvements.
  • The successful candidate will leverage extensive experience in API thread production to ensure that all manufacturing and repair processes adhere to API specifications.
  • Inspect CNC turning and milling operations to verify compliance with API standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems, including API Q1 and ISO 9001, to guarantee continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Support supervisors in conducting internal audits, management reviews, and process inspections.
  • Liaise with customers to fulfill their requirements on time.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in machine shop production or servicing API products.
  • Qualified ISO 9001:2015 Lead/Internal auditor or API Q1 Practitioner certification is essential.
  • Previous experience in API Machine shop production, CNC turning, and milling processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent qualification are necessary.
