$80,000 - $120,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to take on a new challenge and advance their career in wealth management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clients' business needs and be able to provide tailored solutions to meet their investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying and developing business opportunities from new and existing clients
  • Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of clients' business and source of wealth generation
  • Covering all relationships through client engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients who frequently seek strategic advice regarding financial matters
  • Maintaining full understanding of client goals and risk tolerance to ensure that financial strategies are appropriate
  • Helping clients achieve broad financial/investment goals related to the creation and management of wealth
  • Developing tailored solutions that address clients' investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs
  • Planning and prioritizing activities to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Ensuring strong controls and effective operational and administrative tasks including compliance on regulatory requirements
  • Presenting and communicating complex financial concepts and investment strategies with the highest degree of professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as:

  • Strong understanding of wealth management principles and practices
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
