As a Senior Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing customer accounts and planning logistics schedules. You will be accountable for responding promptly to customer inquiries, monitoring daily shipment schedules, and following up on production and delivery statuses. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments such as Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and Transportation to ensure seamless delivery operations. You will also work closely with the Procurement Department to forecast customer demand and manage ECO/ECN processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer accounts and plan logistics schedules.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor daily shipment schedules for customers.
  • Follow up on production and delivery statuses.
  • Collaborate with departments like Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and Transportation for delivery operations.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Department on customer demand forecasting.
  • Manage ECO/ECN processes and facilitate changes.
  • Address RMA queries and manage costing.
  • Prepare cost estimates and RFQs for customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
