Job Opportunity

This role presents an excellent chance to lead and manage projects focusing on Know Your Customer (KYC) initiatives across Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading KYC outsourcing projects across Asia, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal standards are met
  • Building detailed business cases, project scopes, and defining deliverables for KYC initiatives
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to support KYC centralization
  • Developing and executing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Mitigating regulatory, outsourcing, and technology risks throughout the project
  • Obtaining internal approvals and regulatory clearance where needed
  • Facilitating working groups and steering committee meetings
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting regularly to senior stakeholders
  • Drafting business requirement documents and coordinating UAT/SIT with IT teams
  • Organizing and delivering training for impacted teams
  • Revising SOPs based on the new Target Operating Model
  • Managing cut-over planning and post-implementation support, including defect resolution and performance tracking
