At Toyota Financial Services Singapore PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to support our customers throughout their car financing journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with customers to resolve queries and concerns related to Smart Loan applications, ensuring seamless processing and approval;
- Providing guidance and support to customers on the steps involved in securing loan disbursements and managing their car financing experience;
- Working closely with dealerships to facilitate loan disbursements, address any issues that may arise, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Fostering a culture of excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations whenever possible;
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell between financing and insurance products, promoting our services to customers and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-sales and/or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike;
- A high level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and documentation skills, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed;
- Knowledge of the car buying and/or financing process is preferred, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided;
- Certification in CRM or similar software is also desirable, with opportunities available for professional development and growth.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of SGD $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
