Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit FAI/Inspection reports to customers
  • Maintain documentation control for FAI/Inspection reports, NCRs, and calibration systems
  • Prepare inspection reports and analysis on Non-Conformance reports
  • Support the provision of 8D reports for handling customer complaints
  • Assist in failure analysis of internal and external defects
  • Provide support and training for QC inspectors
  • Assist in the preparation of work instructions, procedures, and inspection requirements
  • Support supplier management by providing feedback on material quality to suppliers
  • Prepare Certificate of Conformity, declaration of ROHS, REACH, and other related reports
  • Ensure the achievement of Quality Goals/Objectives in Key Performance Index Targets
  • Perform dimensional inspection using CMM
  • Conduct internal process audits
  • Prepare and conduct ISO 2001:2015 audits
  • Maintain FA tools and working environments to meet 5S and safety requirements
  • Able to plan and execute tasks within deadlines and anticipate any problems beforehand
