Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the performance and value enhancement of retail and/or commercial properties in Singapore by executing asset strategies and optimizing income and asset value.
- Oversee and drive key performance indicators across leasing, occupancy, rental reversion, tenant retention, and capital value enhancement.
- Involve in strategic planning and execution of asset enhancement initiatives, repositioning projects, and capital improvement programs aligned with market trends and asset lifecycle goals.
- Collaborate with leasing, legal, and operations teams to maintain optimal tenant mix and commercial performance.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in asset management, with a strong track record in managing retail and commercial real estate in Singapore.
- Possess strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
