We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nail care professional to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in nail care and possess excellent customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform high-quality nail care services, including manicures and pedicures, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records, demonstrating attention to detail and financial acumen.
• Assist with administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and provide support to team members, showcasing strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, driving business growth and success.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in nail care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
• Basic English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
