The primary focus of this position is overseeing supply chain management across SEA, leading the demand planning process. This involves analyzing market trends and inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Align forecasting, demand, purchases, and inventory with sales plans and market conditions.
- Balance orders, supplies, and inventory to meet customer requirements while managing stock levels and turns.
- Manage OTB across channels and countries to optimize inventory distribution and satisfy country demand.
- Ensure proactive communication of issues to customers via appropriate channels.
- Mentor and coach direct and indirect reports, providing guidance and assistance for professional development.
Talent Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or Statistical Analysis.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in demand planning, preferably in sports industry, retail, FMCG, or consulting.
- Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills; SAP exposure is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and local language.
