Job Title: Software Solutions Architect

  • This is a challenging role that requires a professional to work with clients and stakeholders to design, guide, and deliver robust enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will engage with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into optimal technical architectures.
  • They will define solution architecture that meets business, security, compliance, and scalability needs.
  • They will lead architecture reviews, provide governance, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural integrity and delivery success.
  • They will provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 5 years in an architect role.
  • Proven experience in the insurance or financial services domain.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, microservices, API-led integration, and event-driven design.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid/on-prem integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in Java, .NET, or similar enterprise-grade technologies.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, including relational and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and analytics.
  • Experience with security architecture and compliance frameworks relevant to the insurance industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
