Mental Health Practitioner

A Senior Mental Health Specialist at the National University Polyclinics provides high-quality mental health services to patients with various psychological conditions. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work under the supervision of a Senior Clinician to deliver evidence-based interventions and assessments.
The ideal candidate is passionate about working in a dynamic healthcare environment and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a Master's degree in Psychology and relevant clinical experience. Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the development of new programs and services to improve patient outcomes.
- To work collaboratively with other disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
- To contribute to the development of policies, procedures and guidelines related to mental health services.
Requirements:
- Master of Psychology degree.
- Relevant clinical experience prior to or during Master's training.
- Clinical skills (Diagnostic, Assessments, Psychotherapy), with adequate hours of supervised practicum to meet registration requirement with the Singapore Register of Psychologists, within the first year of work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
