This role plays a pivotal part in driving growth by combining analytical expertise, creativity, and marketing acumen. As a Senior Growth Executive, you will continuously test and refine strategies to optimize conversion funnels and boost customer activation and retention, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conversion Funnel Optimization- Analyze the customer journey and sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and create data-driven plans to address them.
- Implement A/B testing and optimize landing pages, onboarding processes, and activation procedures to enhance user experience and improve performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improving activation and retention.
- Develop targeted growth campaigns to optimize product usage and loyalty.
- Regularly analyze key growth metrics and conversion funnels, presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and patterns to inform data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging growth techniques.
- Continuously test and refine strategies to improve growth outcomes.
- Proactively seek opportunities to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
What we're looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business and Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python), A/B testing platforms (VWO), and CRM software (Hubspot).
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
