Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and drive growth through data-driven performance marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding into new markets by developing and executing comprehensive strategies across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, and Paid Social channels to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Planning and executing A/B testing, as well as exploring new platforms to enhance paid performance efforts.
  • Developing performance marketing strategies that align with business goals and KPIs.
  • Planning and reviewing budgets to ensure efficient ad spend across various channels, optimizing ROI.
  • Collaborating with partner agencies and internal teams to create consistent communications across all channels.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to diversify and optimize the channel mix and identify new opportunities.
  • Conducting research on market trends, target audiences, and competitors to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyzing reports and web traffic data to map the customer journey, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve shared marketing goals.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to achieve relevant materials to execute optimization across paid channels.
  • Exploring possibilities of business expansions into new markets with performance marketing efforts.
  • Performing extensive keyword research for existing product categories, competitors, as well as seasonal campaigns for branded & non-branded listings.
  • Understanding and executing the analysis of last & multitouch attribution of data across paid channels and other marketing functions.
  • Measuring effectiveness of campaigns across platforms' reports and internal dashboards with performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, Conversion value vs. Sales, CPM, CPC, Frequency, Reach).
  • Closely collaborating alongside platforms' managers such as Meta, Google, and TikTok and establishing strategies that will help achieve KPIs in both short & long term.
  • Monitoring spends across all paid channels and achieving efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of digital agency, digital marketing, or ECommerce marketing experience with paid media execution.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management capability.
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in the retail / fashion industry would be a plus.
  • Prior experience in expansion into markets with performance marketing, would be a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Affiliates, Programmatic, Paid Social advertising platforms, Microsoft.
  • Experience with data analysis and a data-driven environment.
