Offshore Electrical Technical Superintendent

This is a technical leadership role that requires expertise in offshore electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and safety systems. The successful candidate will provide technical support to vessels managed by the company and oversee planned maintenance schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, AC/DC systems, power distribution, and control systems. They will be familiar with the unique challenges of electrical systems in offshore environments and have experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications. Prior experience working on offshore platforms, preferably in an electrical capacity, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to vessels managed by the company.
  • Oversee vessels' planned maintenance schedules.
  • Implement improvements as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles, AC/DC systems, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with offshore electrical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults.
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing electrical equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications.
