Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has at least 4 years of Oracle Cloud HCM integration experience, preferably in a large global company. A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of technology or industry experience is required. Proficiency in designing and implementing HCM Extracts, HDL templates, and Fast Formulas within Oracle HCM Cloud is essential. Experience with REST and SOAP web services for data retrieval and updates is also necessary. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills are highly valued.
