About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in Asian cuisine and/or Western cuisine to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and be able to convey their knowledge effectively to students.

The ideal candidate will have a sound culinary foundation, working knowledge in any of the following cuisines: French, Italian, Nordic, and Spanish. They should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, supervisory experience, and proven knowledge of food recipe formulation and development.

Apart from teaching, you will carry out industry or consultancy projects to remain relevant in your profession and maintain strong linkages with industry and schools. You will also have the opportunity to engage in industry attachments or experience on a regular basis to update your skills, knowledge, and practices.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is:

  • Experienced in Asian cuisine and/or Western cuisine
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has supervisory experience
  • Proven knowledge of food recipe formulation and development

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $6,500 - $8,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there may be opportunities for career advancement to senior lecturer or leadership positions within the college or headquarters.
