Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales expert to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and driving sales in our boutique store, providing exceptional customer service, and offering knowledgeable insights to customers regarding merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized support to customers, respond to their inquiries, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive Sales: Manage and drive promotions and sales in the boutique store, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking products as needed, and maintaining accurate records of daily inventory figures and balances.
  • Cashiering Duties: Process transactions efficiently, manage cash handling duties, and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling customer payments and returns.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above, with at least 2 years of retail service experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Chinese or local dialects advantageous for communicating with Chinese-speaking associates.
