Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is around SGD 50,000 - 70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs and preferences. You will also coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow, manage communications between upper management and employees, and stay current with company offerings and industry trends.
You will oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices. Your responsibilities will include solving problems for clients, illustrating the value of products and services, participating in brainstorming sessions, researching program development, performing prospecting activities, and maintaining a database of clients and prospects.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with payroll, accounting, and financial statements.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, you will be responsible for staying organized and meeting deadlines. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
