Job Title: Training and Development Coordinator

The Training and Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organization's success by overseeing the development and implementation of training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

This position involves conducting daily equipment checks to ensure proper working condition, monitoring inventory levels of stock supplies, and managing guest feedback effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure proper working condition.

  • Deliver exceptional service by providing efficient and professional support to guests.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Operate within established SOPs to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise and participate in activities of service personnel under direct supervision.
  • Direct and guide food and beverage services teams.
  • Maintain accurate staff scheduling during peak hours and notify management of any shortfalls.
  • Coordinate weekly roster planning based on outlet reservations.
  • Participate in regular stocktaking and maintenance activities as directed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Food and Beverage industry is advantageous.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
