Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality performances and ensuring the smooth execution of events. This includes recruiting foreign performing artistes when needed, participating in live performances, and scheduling stage crew personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess at least 1 year of stage performing experience, as well as strong vocal and performing skills. Additionally, experience with stage management is essential. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are also highly valued. A background in human resources and business development would be advantageous. You should be able to source necessary accessories and props for all events and ensure the safety of stage crew personnel during performances. Reporting to both the Stage Manager and Operation Manager is also required.

Salary Range
We offer an attractive salary of SGD 50,000 - SGD 70,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This competitive package reflects our commitment to rewarding talented professionals who can drive our company's success.
