Vendor Management Expert

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned IT professional with expertise in vendor management, risk governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendors effectively, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Oversee contract management and costs, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Assess vendor security posture continuously, conducting audits to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular performance and risk reports to senior management and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in IT or related field, accompanied by at least 5 years of experience in vendor management.
  • Proven track record in managing vendors within the payments industry, including performance tracking and dispute resolution.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a risk-focused mindset aligned with critical infrastructure standards.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess vendor performance and implement improvement plans proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
