Research Analyst

We are seeking an exceptional Research Analyst to conduct creative research and drive technical innovation within our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the rapidly developing field of cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

This is a rare opportunity where your work will directly contribute to the success of new and existing trading strategies through pricing-based research and monetization initiatives.

  1. Conduct research on core trading strategies, including algorithms, models, execution logic, performance optimization, and monitoring.
  2. Implement frameworks for developing, validating, and testing trading strategies.
  3. Analyse behavior of trades and avenues for improvement.
  4. Responsible for improving our strategies and profit through data-intensive problem-solving.
  5. Advance existing initiatives and explore opportunities for new research topics.
  6. Drive technical innovation and improve simulations within the team through the evaluation of new tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a quantitative role within a trading environment or experience applying advanced quantitative techniques. They should also be passionate about solving complex problems, capable of delivering multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision, and possess strong proficiency in programming languages C++ and/or Python.

A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a technical field from top-tier universities such as Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent is required.
