Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and orientation, training, payroll, and IR8A submission.
  • You will also be required to coordinate with the Operations Department in project executions, implement HR-related programs and policies, and ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ISO standards.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
  • Experience with MOM EPOL/WPOL, HR, and/or payroll software is highly desirable.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 5,000 - SGD 6,500 per month, depending on experience.
