We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years English Teacher to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to teach small-group English lessons to children from Nursery 2 up to Primary 4, helping them build strong phonics foundations, master English language rules, and develop reading, writing, and communication skills.

  • Teach engaging English lessons that cover phonics, reading, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing.
  • Adapt lessons for different ages and abilities, ensuring every child feels supported and challenged.
  • Prepare and create lesson resources to keep classes lively, interactive, and effective.
  • Track each student's progress using assessment tools, and provide clear feedback to both students and parents.
  • Foster a warm, supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team to refine curriculum and share best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field (MOE-recognised preferred).
  • A strong understanding of phonics and English language rules, with experience teaching young learners.
  • An energetic, patient, and creative personality with the ability to make lessons come alive.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
