We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Events professional to drive impactful marketing campaigns and strengthen brand visibility across regional markets.
Mandatory Skill-set- At least 5 years of experience in brand, marketing, and event management;
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content management, and social media platforms;
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale events;
- Experience in financial services, foundations, or CSR/social impact programs;
- Copywriting and storytelling skills;
- Budget management and vendor coordination experience;
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing and advocacy campaigns to enhance brand awareness and stakeholder engagement across multiple markets;
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for flagship programs, forums, summits, and dialogues focused on social impact and community engagement;
- Manage all aspects of event marketing, including pre-event promotion, onsite branding and audience engagement, as well as post-event publicity and reporting;
- Drive cross-channel marketing strategies, ensuring integration across paid, owned, and digital platforms;
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of campaigns and events, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement;
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
