Automation Workflow Developer Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Workflow Developer to spearhead the development and implementation of process workflows, RPA solutions, and software applications that drive efficiency and productivity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing and developing automation solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, information technology, or related fields, and at least 2-4 years of experience in RPA development and implementation. Proficiency in tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is essential, along with expertise in designing process workflows, building and testing RPA bots, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement RPA solutions that meet business requirements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design process workflows, and develop automation solutions.
  • Design, build, test, and implement RPA bots using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Work with project managers to manage project timelines, quality, and client relationships.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in RPA and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent.
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in RPA development and implementation.
  • Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
