High Performance Trading Software Engineer

The Trading Service team is responsible for the core order and position management systems, enabling a full spectrum of trading products. We support diverse financial instruments such as spot, margin, futures, options, and perpetuals.
This role involves leading technical design and implementation of high-impact features for critical trading components, optimizing performance bottlenecks across the trading architecture, and contributing to the architectural roadmap for core platform services. You will also own and solve highly complex technical challenges, implement robust monitoring and incident response strategies, and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
We are seeking an experienced developer with deep expertise in JVM internals, memory management, and advanced concurrency. You should have a strong background in Java, with experience building high-performance, low-latency systems. Additionally, you should be proficient in relational/NoSQL databases, Linux performance tuning, and CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
