Digital Transformation Specialist

This role is focused on helping clients in the Life Sciences and Health Care sector deliver relevant, data-driven, and human-first experiences across every touchpoint in the customer journey.

The successful candidate will contribute to the transformation of client operations by harnessing data and advanced technologies to drive engagement, enhance customer service, and fuel sales growth.

This involves leading multi-disciplinary teams to develop digitally enabled offerings for customers and employing a business-oriented mindset to use data-driven solutions to drive transformation agendas and achieve results.

Leveraging High-Speed Delivery approaches to team delivery and leveraging expertise in a functional domain to enable clients' strategic agendas are key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for unpacking the financial implications of implementation programs and actively expanding their consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients.

A tertiary qualification in a business, finance or technology discipline is required for this role.

The ideal candidate will have minimum years of professional experience in a digital consulting role in the Life Sciences & Health Care industry (pharmaceuticals, health care providers).

Experience in developing and leading digital innovation and transformation programs to create impact with Chief Marketing/Sales Officers' (CMO/CSO) organisations is highly valued.

• Tertiary qualification in a business, finance or technology discipline
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program or have obtained the qualification with a well-ranked institution
• Minimum years of professional experience in a digital consulting role in the Life Sciences & Health Care industry (pharmaceuticals, health care providers)
• Experience in developing and leading digital innovation and transformation programs to create impact with Chief Marketing/Sales Officers' (CMO/CSO) organisations
