Job Title: Computer Hardware Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced computer hardware specialist to join our team. As a computer hardware specialist, you will be responsible for attending to customer requests and enquiries related to computer components, repair services, and PC customisation. You will also be required to recommend the ideal computer components to customers based on their individual preferences and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain good relationships with customers to build customer loyalty
- Assist in retail operations, including stock take and inventory management
- May be required to participate in trade fairs and related events
