Strategic Sales and Customer Relationship Professional

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts and foster exceptional customer relationships, driving business growth through strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying new opportunities through market research and networking.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups, feedback sessions, and tailored recommendations.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies, delivering exceptional service and meeting client requirements efficiently.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges, providing insights to improve products and services.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or commerce or economics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
