Job Title: Service Crew Member

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Service Crew Member.

About the Role
  • This is a part-time position, approximately 10 hours per week, operating from 10am to 6pm.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests, take orders, make recommendations, and handle enquiries in-person and over the phone.
  • Prepare and assemble food and drinks for our customers.
  • Support the floor team by running food, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Operate the Point of Sale system and assist with payments when required.
  • Contribute to back-of-house tasks such as washing dishes and following opening and closing checklists.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, allergen, and safety procedures.
The Skills and Qualities We're Looking For
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Good communication and basic numeracy for Point of Sale and cash handling.
  • Reliable timekeeping and ability to stay calm under pressure during busy periods.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience as a barista (we'll provide training if you're keen).
  • BASIC Food Hygiene or Food Safety Level 1 certification.
