This role involves working closely with the Design Managers and collaborating with various product designers, POs, Digital lead, and Business teams to drive User Experience into StarHub's digital channels.

The key focus areas include:

  • Driving product design outcomes across diverse products and digital touchpoints.
  • Developing simple solutions to complex problems.
  • Contributing to cross-team conceptual development, partnering with designers, PMs, engineers, and business teams.
  • Designing flows and experiences that are simple and elegant, with detailed interaction behaviors.
  • Enhancing user experiences through visual design.
  • Evaluating current user interfaces and proposing usability improvements.
  • Maintaining and enforcing Design System, UI standards, and interaction design pattern libraries.

Essential Skills

  • A strong portfolio showcasing past work experience.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and web-based information architecture.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate fast-paced environments.
  • Natural curiosity and ability to find inspiration beyond the screen.
