**Job Title:** Compliance Audit LeaderA compliance audit leader is a senior professional responsible for ensuring that an organization's activities are in accordance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to identify areas of risk and implement controls to mitigate them.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with at least 6 years of experience in a similar position. You will be responsible for leading a team of auditors, developing audit plans, and executing audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of auditors in conducting financial statement audits and other assigned engagements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and report on potential risks and control weaknesses.
  • Implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
Requirements:

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and hold a professional certification such as CPA or CMA. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering high-quality results.
