Senior Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a technical professional to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Maximo solutions.
Job PurposeThe ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.
The role involves collaborating with functional teams or business users to gather requirements and convert them into corresponding Maximo solutions.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Maximo.
- Customize Maximo User Interface to fit into business functions.
- Configure Maximo applications, modules, and workflows to meet client specifications.
- Customize Maximo applications using Java, MBOs, automation scripts, and escalations.
- Develop and maintain BIRT reports and KPIs.
- Integrate Maximo with external systems using webservices and APIs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Maximo-related issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Document technical specifications, test cases, and perform system integration testing.
- Respond to user queries and provide resolutions to the issues.
- Manage system incident tickets/service request to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Carry out root-cause analysis, contribute to knowledge base, and provide recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow, process, and technology.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field with at least 4 years of experience with Maximo.
- Proven experience in Maximo technical consultant or similar role.
- Experience with Maximo integration frameworks such as MIF.
