Administrative Officer Liaison

As an Administrative Officer at PROPNEX REALTY PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to support the team's operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process data using in-house systems and maintain accurate records.
- Verify documents, receipts, and records to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with associates to verify details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries from clients and stakeholders.
- Process commission payments using in-house systems.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with relevant administrative experience.
- Meticulous and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other office software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Able to interact effectively with people at all levels and work collaboratively as a team player.
- Conducive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
- Competitive salary of SGD $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Annual Leave up to 21 days, Additional 3 days' Festive Leave.

- Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station).
