Job Description

As an Administrative Officer at PROPNEX REALTY PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to support the team's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process data using in-house systems and maintain accurate records.
  2. Verify documents, receipts, and records to ensure accuracy.
  3. Liaise with associates to verify details and resolve any discrepancies.
  4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries from clients and stakeholders.
  5. Process commission payments using in-house systems.
  6. Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level with relevant administrative experience.
  • Meticulous and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other office software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Able to interact effectively with people at all levels and work collaboratively as a team player.

Working Details:
  • Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station).
