Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at SKILLSFORCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and developing B2B market strategies for mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategies Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and analyze data to develop insights and inform sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth understanding of smartphone products, including features and technological advancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Reporting: Regularly update and report to senior management.
  • Training: Stay up-to-date with new product launches and necessary training for Sales members.
Requirements:
  • Proven B2B Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on channel and trade marketing.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Preferably with experience in mobile devices or IT gadgets.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new things.

Compensation: Quarterly incentives and transport allowance will be included in the compensation package.
