Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Informatics Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing clinical information systems and processes to enhance patient care delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing clinical information systems and processes to facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care
  • Managing clinical information system projects and working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that meet user requirements for clinical orders, medication administration, and documentation
  • Developing and maintaining training materials and providing training for users in clinical IT systems
  • E nsuring that the policies and procedures related to our electronic medical records system are updated and aligned with both cluster and national policy and guidelines
  • Transforming healthcare workflows using AI, RPA, Power Platform, M365 apps, and other digital tools to create efficient, user-friendly solutions
  • Bridging the gap between healthcare professionals and technology, ensuring our solutions align with clinical needs and improve patient care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • An understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A problem-solving mindset that thrives on improving work processes
