GIS Technology Refresh Project

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to assist in our GIS technology refresh project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project milestones are delivered on time, collaborating with end users to capture requirements for change requests and service requests, working with IT and vendors on required changes, and performing system UAT tests to ensure requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with end users to capture new requirements
  • Representing end users in working with IT and vendors to resolve issues related to the systems
  • Collaborating with IT and vendors to resolve integration issues for the affected systems
  • Managing IT to generate system performance reports at agreed intervals
  • Generating network statistics and analyzing data for actionable insights

To succeed in this role, you will possess good interpersonal and communication skills, be a self-starter and highly driven with the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and have knowledge in GIS systems which would be an added advantage.

A completed diploma from a reputable institution is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
