Portfolio Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assets, working with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and optimize asset performance.


Job Description
  • Oversight of one or more assets in the global data center portfolio comprising both stabilized operational assets and development assets.
  • Collaboration with Business case teams, FP&A teams, and other functions to generate baseline data for decision-making.
  • Understanding and challenging underlying assumptions impacting baseline data.
  • Track monthly performance, initiate Task Force meetings, establish regular asset evaluation, and monitor improvement plan execution.
  • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to facilitate portfolio optimization and provide strategic recommendations on assets.
  • Implement and track asset optimization projects to increase profitability by bringing together financial and technical recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize rent and lease reviews with a focus on tracking to asset planned performance or implementing an improvement plan.
  • Through collaboration with technical asset management and key stakeholders, develop an Asset Book (Building Management Plan) with dimensions such as asset age, square footage details, high-level equipment overview, expected TCO, and targeted asset strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven record in Finance, background in reporting, accounting, forecasting & budgeting.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate infrastructure investment or asset management.
  • Understanding of the business of Real Estate and a strong analytical skillset.
  • English fluent required; additional languages are a distinct advantage.

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or related field. Master's in finance or similar professional qualification preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.


Able to work in global time zones. May travel up to 10% of the time.
