Job Role:

The Audit Manager/Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in our team, leading and motivating others to achieve exceptional results in assurance services.

As a key member, the successful candidate will possess sound knowledge of Singapore FRS and Singapore Standards on Auditing, with 6 years of relevant experience in a professional accounting firm in Singapore and at least 2 years' experience in leading a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting strategic engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and address risk effectively.
  • Providing guidance on audit teams' findings through comprehensive review.
  • Managing a team of audit professionals and collaborating with the Audit Partner to deliver high-quality assurance services.
  • Maintaining long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Driving performance and monitoring team progress through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A Bachelor's Degree, ACCA, CA Singapore or equivalent professional qualification is required.
