Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopaedic Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in an orthopaedic setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, as well as administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Additionally, they will monitor and document patients' conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.

  • Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, policies, and procedures related to orthopaedic nursing.

  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care services.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Nurse Requirements:

  • Current registration with Singapore Nursing Board
  • At least 1 year of experience in orthopaedic nursing or a related field
