About the Role

AD Connects PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing in-person and virtual events that align with our brand's objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in coordinating events, managing logistics, and overseeing event registrations. You will work closely with our sales and recruitment teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute in-person and virtual events such as webinars, career talks, and workshops.
  • Coordinate logistics, venue setup, and equipment for physical events.
  • Oversee event registrations, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with speakers, trainers, and external vendors for seamless execution.
Digital Marketing Expertise
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating and scheduling content.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Content Creation & Media Production
  • Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging marketing collateral, including graphics, presentations, and videos.
  • Film and produce high-quality video content for marketing and training purposes.
  • Maintain and update content repositories to ensure consistency across platforms.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
  • Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and refine strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align lead generation efforts with organizational goals.
Administrative Support
  • Ensure smooth setup and operation of webinars, including managing technical platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Maintain an organized events calendar and marketing schedule.
  • Track budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in events coordination, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
