About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing quality improvement initiatives across departments to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the QA Manager:
    • Review batch release activities for production and approve records as delegated.
  • Promote Quality Awareness:
    • Promote awareness of Quality Policy, Objectives, and Customer Specific Requirements among team members.
  • Verify and Manage CAPA:
    • Verify and manage CAPA for quality issues, ensuring effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Update CSR Documents:
    • Update and maintain CSR documents and provide training to employees.
  • Develop ISO Procedures:
    • Develop and review IATF/ISO procedures and Quality-related instructions.
  • Manage MOC and Audits:
    • Manage MOC for critical parameter changes and audits (customer, internal, supplier).
  • Conduct Internal Audits:
    • Conduct IATF/ISO Internal Audits, report nonconformities, and suggest improvements.
  • Support Customer Complaints:
    • Assist in customer complaint handling and investigation.
  • Resolve Quality Issues:
    • Resolve quality-related issues in production and support audits.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IATF system & audit
  • A good team player with a responsible and positive working attitude and ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and interact with staff of all levels
