Job Overview

The position involves driving digital strategy and transformation within an organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This entails identifying emerging trends and strategies to optimise the digitalisation process and investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Digital Roadmap: Create a comprehensive plan for digital transformation, aligning with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate Digital Projects: Assess the effectiveness of existing digital projects and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prioritise Based on ROI: Analyse the return on investment (ROI) of digital projects and prioritise accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with various business units to ensure alignment and effective implementation of digital strategies.
  • Facilitate Optimisation Workshops: Organise workshops to help teams refine their digital processes and improve efficiency.
  • Track Project Progress: Monitor the progress of digital projects and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Measure Business Outcomes: Evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on business outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement Change Management: Develop strategies to manage change and ensure a smooth transition to new digital processes.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture that encourages continuous refinement of digital processes and stays informed about industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: A degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of managerial and digital experience is preferred, but applicants with no experience may also apply.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools and data analytics tools is essential. Good interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
