Job Title: Supply Chain Optimizer

Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Optimizer, you will play a critical role in leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our logistics operations. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and optimize the flow of materials, manage inventory levels, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive cost reduction initiatives through data-driven insights and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for warehouse management and logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Material Management, or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proven track record of driving process improvements and cost reductions in a logistics or supply chain environment.
